1. No AI Training: I do not consent to any of my work, images, or text on this website being used for Artificial Intelligence training, machine learning, or generative AI datasets. This includes, but is not limited to, using my work as a "prompt" or "base" for AI-generated images.

2. No Scraping: The use of automated systems, bots, or "scrapers" to harvest data or images from this site is strictly prohibited.

3. Copyright & Theft: All artwork is the sole intellectual property of Ponyo Nguyen. Unauthorized reposting, selling, or claiming authorship is a violation of international copyright law.

4. Scam Warning: I do not sell NFTs. I will never ask for payment via cryptocurrency, gift cards, or "friends & family" transfers.

5. Legal Action: Any violation of these terms, especially regarding AI training or commercial theft, will be met with a DMCA takedown and potential legal action.
